After moving the headquarters into the new premises in Wunstorf, Germany, in April 2001 and thus extending development and production capacities, phoenix|x-ray also enlarged its branch office for southern Germany and Europe in Stuttgart to become an efficient service, sales and applications centre.
Dedicated to the customers´ needs the branch office Stuttgart offers a fully equiped laboratory for service applications and is capable of con-ducting demonstrations and offering on-hand system testing. Additional-ly a service engineer stays to the customers´ disposal and is able to do repair and maintenance work within shortest response times.
Besides documentated and – upon request – comentated X-ray inspec-tion services by a technologically versed and especially with the analy-sation of BGA and CSP solder joints experiened phoenix|x-ray applica-tion engineer customers also have the possibility to inspect medium and large quantities of samples by their own employees.
Sample handling according to ESD(Electronic Static Discharge)-regula-tions is being guaranteed throughout the whole inspection process.
Specially producers with little or no experience in microfocus X-ray in-spection are invited to obtain an impression about this non-destructive testing method by having an X-ray look at their own samples.
