Camarillo, California (May 30th). phoenix|x-ray Systems + Services Inc. today
announced that the company will be featured on \\\".COM\\\". Focused on the
importance of inspection and test functions for the advancement of electronic
components, the show covers how today\\\'s real-time x-ray technology finds
hidden problems in the manufacturing of electronic products. The show will
broadcast on June 25 and June 29, 2001, on Bravo at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight
Time (EDT) and July 7, 2001, on CNBC at Noon EDT.
Now in its sixth season on
national television, the program reviews technology trends for the 21st century.
Hosted by Star Wars star, Mark Hamill, these \\\".COM\\\" reports highlight the
best of the best advancements in technology. Phoenix x-ray imaging technology
will be part of a special report on \\\"The X-ray Revolution.\\\" \\\"The media
typically focuses on PDAs, cell phones, computers, games and other consumer
devices that can impact every walk of life,\\\" said Adrian Wilson, President of

program shows how real-time x-ray systems are used as a key element for quality
assurance. Whether monitoring to ensure quality in the manufacturing process or
finding microscopic errors to prevent continuing problems, x-ray systems are the

will show such process failures and component defects in die attachment, wire
bonds and misalignments in semiconductor manufacturing or shorts, opens,
improper solder in PCB assembly.
