The ml|inspector xxl is the latest development in the range of microfocus X-ray inspection systems for multilayer- boards from phoenix|x-ray. Based on the successful ml|inspector this system offers a distinctively large inspection area of 1400 x 650 mm (55" x 25"). The system is equipped with either a 80 or 100 kV X-ray tube and achieves a detail solution of 3 to 4 m m. It is especially recommendable for the reliable measurement of residual ring width and the inspection of micro-vias. The auto positioning system (APC) enables the inspection of a high quantity of boards in a production environment. The system can be perfectly applied in shift-production and is highly recommended due to its intuitive and easy operation.
