The new facility is being built in response to the high worldwide demand for phoenix|x-ray products. The company is presently enjoying over triple the order intake achieved in the previous financial year. The new factory, planned for completion in January 2001, will significantly increase the existing production capacity and is likely to fulfill the company's requirements for the foreseeable future. In addition, the factory is capable of expansion to enable the exploitation of new business opportunities. The new office complex, planned for completion in March 2001, which will house the expanding R&D center as well as the international sales, service and finance departments. The complex will also include extensive conference facilities and a fully equipped demonstration laboratory/training center.
